Suggests where to place AI and which improvements to ask of the observed server. Pins become a Reporting section. Integration is designed by observing — the remote is not enabled in the background.

After Platforms is AVAILABLE, partner and IT pin a few high-impact ideas and put them in the report for the server team.
What it does not do
It does not write remotely. It does not invent interfaces. It does not enable partners by itself.
