Who it is not for: The SI operator who must configure. Anyone who confuses the public Functions site with appliance access.
What it does
A smaller surface: results, highlighted signals, reports, status, chat, human assist. Same observation, two doors — admin operates, customer reads.
What it is for in the company
Give the board or customer lead an access that does not show setup, advanced admin or AI bindings.
What it does not do
It is not the public Functions page. It is not the admin console. If a function is empty, status says so.
Where alerts and reports go
The customer sees what was exposed to them. The full inbox stays with the operator in Signals. No automatic send outside.
