Who it is for: Anyone who must collect technical posture evidence against NIS2.
Who it is not for: Anyone who wants a badge that says “you are NIS2 compliant”.
What it does
Runs an evidence assessment, keeps history, produces a posture report. Evidence lives on the appliance, next to Detector — not on a portal that “signs” the law.
What it is for in the company
Before an audit or a board: run Capsule, read the report, hand the pack to the person accountable for compliance — a person, not software.
What it does not do
It does not certify. It does not replace counsel or the supervisory body. It is not a badge. It does not write to observed systems.
Where alerts and reports go
Gaps and scores stay in Capsule and may enter Reporting or Crystalize. They do not go out as “you are compliant”.
